Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer – AC, Electrical & Boiler

Candidate requirements;
The successful candidate will need a very strong air conditioning, boiler and electrical building services background for both PPM and reactive maintenance, covering both office and plant room equipment across this client portfolio. We are looking for a well presented engineer with strong people, computer, verbal and written communication skills.  Experience of working in a similar environment is essential together with the relevant qualifications from the list below;

All successful candidates will be security vetted to Government standards before commencing in post.

Qualifications/Skills required:
- ACS Commercial / Domestic Certificates
- Air conditioning C&G 2079
- C&G or equivalent in Air Conditioning essential
- C&G 2078 Safe Handling and 2079 F-Gas J11 essential
- Apprenticeship trained essential
- Formal Health and Safety at Work Training
- Electrical C&G 2391 & 17th Edition desirable not essential
- 17th Edition IEE Certificate desirable not essential
- Member of a professional body, CIBSE or equivalent desirable not essential

Experience required
- Service & Maintenance of heating boilers in pressure jet & atmospheric
- General maintenance & repair of HVAX plant & equipment such as AHU's, pumps, pressurisation units, CWS boosters & emergency lighting
- Testing & repair of gas pipe work INC LPG

-Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and be flexible in your approach to work
-Able to supervise 3rd party contractors if required
-Excellent understanding of Health and Safety at Work
-Willing to undertake training/courses to improve skill set as required

Position requirements
To take ownership of all applicable works at the client premises operating at all times to the site and company standards. To provide reactive and proactive, verbal and written support, assistance and guidance on various issues relating to engineering and report defect and shortfalls to the Contract Supervisor immediately.
To obey and operate within Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
Ensure that all engineering areas under the post holders control are kept to correct company and client standards consistently.
